H. APPROVE SERVICE AGREEMENT 24S353 WITH TABLET COMMAND, INC. FOR\nINTEGRATION AND THREE-YEARS SERVICE PROVIDING ELECTRONIC INCIDENT\nCOMMAND\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Service Agreement 24S353 (Attachment A) with Tablet Command, Inc. for\nintegration and three-years’ service as a Sole Source purchase at a cost of $95,900.\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all necessary documents
