Accepting the West End Pump Station VFD Replacement\nProject, CIP SD2401/BG2401EX101-WEPS, by R.I.C. Construction Co., Inc.\nin the amount of $232,373.22; and, 2. Directing the City Clerk to file a “Notice\nof Completion” with the Orange County Clerk-Recorder within fifteen (15)\ndays from the date of acceptance and to release retention thirty-five (35) days\nafter recordation of the Notice of Completion contingent upon no claims being\nfiled on the Project.
