I. Notice of Completion for the Heather Park Play Area Improvements\nProject, CIP PR2203/O-PR-1 - That the City Council adopt Resolution 7596:\n1. Accepting the Heather Park Play Area Improvements Project, CIP\nPR2203/O-PR-1, by KYA Services, LLC in the amount of $786,348.85; and, 2.\nDirecting the City Clerk to file a “Notice of Completion” with the Orange\nCounty Clerk-Recorder within fifteen (15) days from the date of acceptance\nand to release retention thirty-five (35) days after recordation of the Notice of\nCompletion contingent upon no claims being filed on the Project.
