L. Adopting the City of Seal Beach Safety Action Plan and Authorizing the\nInterim City Manager, or Designee, to Act as the City's Agent for\nNegotiations, Document Execution, and Submission of Necessary\nApplications for Future Implementation Grants and Related Obligations -\nThat the City Council adopt Resolution 7599: 1. Adopting the City of Seal\nBeach Safety Action Plan; and, 2. Authorizing the Interim City Manager, or\ntheir designee, as agent to conduct all negotiations, and to execute and\nsubmit all documents on behalf of the City of Seal Beach, including, but not\nlimited to applications, forms, agreements, and payment requests, which may\nbe necessary to submit and secure future implementation grants, the City’s\nobligations related thereto, and all amendments thereto for the Plan.
