M. Applications for Grant Funds for the Orange County Community\nResources OC Housing and Community Public Facilities and\nImprovements Grant - That the City Council adopt Resolution 7600: 1.\nApproving the application for grant funds related to the OC Housing and\nCommunity Development Public Facilities and Improvements to apply\nupgrades to the Seal Beach Senior Center, and to accept any funds awarded\nthrough the program; and, 2. Directing the Interim City Manager to execute all\nnecessary documents to apply for, accept, receive, and utilize the grant\nfunding to participate in the grant program, including incorporation in the FY\n2025-26 proposed Annual Budget. That the City Council adopt Resolution\n7601: 1. Approving the application for grant funds related to the OC Housing\nand Community Development Public Facilities and Improvements to apply\nupgrades to the Mary Wilson Library, and to accept any funds awarded\nthrough the program; and, 2. Directing the Interim City Manager to execute all\nnecessary documents to apply for, accept, receive, and utilize the grant\nfunding to participate in the grant program, including incorporation in the FY\n2025-26 proposed Annual Budget.
