ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASADENA RATIFYING THE\nCITY MANAGER’S DECLARATION OF LOCAL EMERGENCY - WINDSTORMS AND FIRES\n(Office of the City Manager)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Find that the proposed action in the agenda report is exempt from the California Environmental Quality\nAct (CEQA) pursuant to state CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3) “Common Sense” exemption; and\n2. Adopt a Resolution ratifying the January 8, 2025, City Manager Declaration of a Local Emergency –\nWindstorms and Fires.
