9.8 Consideration of a Resolution Approving an Agreement with 72\nHour LLC, DBA National Auto Fleet Group for the Purchase of a\nVehicle Using the California Highway Patrol Cannabis Tax\nFund Grant Program (CTFGP)\nThe City of Bell Gardens was awarded an impaired driving enforcement\ngrant through the California Highway Patrol Cannabis Tax Fund Grant\nProgram (CTFGP) in the amount of $101,498.70 for Fiscal Year 2024-\n2025. Staff is recommending the City enter into a procurement\nagreement with 72 Hour LLC, dba National Auto Fleet Group for the\npurchase of one vehicle with a purchase price of\n$59,478.31 utilizing the grant funds.\nExhibit 1- Resolution 2025-02\nExhibit 2-BG- PD National Auto Fleet Group Procurement Agreement\n2025\nRecommendation: It is staff’s recommendation that the City Council adopt the attached\nResolution approving an Equipment Procurement Agreement with 72 Hour LLC, dba\nNational Auto Fleet Group\nfor the purchase of one new Chevrolet Police Truck for a total of $59,478.31 under\nSourcewell Contract No. 091521-NAF.
