Adopt the\nattached Resolution approving a Contract Services Agreement with Kimble & Company\nFire Protection System for emergency fire protection repairs at City Hall and the Police\nDepartment Facility for an amount not-to-exceed $72,600; and 2. Appropriate $72,600 in\ngeneral funds to complete the emergency repairs.
