9.3 Warrant Registers and Wire Transfers\nIn approving the action of receiving and filing the warrant registers,\nthe official minutes of the Bell Gardens City Council should state that\neach individual member of the City Council is not voting on, influencing\nthe outcome of, or participating in approving, accepting, receiving or\nfiling any warrant which bears the name of the same council member,\nor pays for any costs or expenses, or otherwise\nbenefits the same named council member. Each council member will\nnot be participating, influencing or voting on any such warrant bearing\ntheir name or which benefits the same named council member, but\nwith that exception is voting in favor of receiving and filing all other\nwarrants contained in this report, unless otherwise noted on the\nrecord at the time of the approval of the action required by this report.\nExhibit 1 - Warrant Registers.pdf\nRecommendation: It is staff’s recommendation that the City Council\nreceive and file warrant registers, wire transfers, and net payrolls\ndated 11/26/2024, 11/27/2024, 12/03/2024 and 12/10/2024.
