CONSIDER APPROVAL OF A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR THE\nDESIGN OF STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS ON 14TH STREET AND GROVE\nAVENUE\nCEQA: Categorically Exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant\nto Section 15306.\nRecommended Action:\nApprove a professional services agreement with HR Green for the preparation of street, water,\nand sewer improvement construction documents for 14 th Street, between Campus Avenue and\nGrove Avenue, and for Grove Avenue, between Foothill Blvd. and 15 th Street in the amount of\n$421,378; approve a contingency in the amount of $43,622, for a total amount of $465,000;\nand, authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement and any future amendments within\nthe City Manager’s authority.
