Approve Agreements with American Integrated Services and Ocean Blue\nEnvironmental Services; and\n2. Approve Expenditures and an Appropriation in the amount of $100,000 annually for\nthese services; and\n3. Authorize the Interim City Administrator and/or his designee to execute the necessary\ndocuments, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
