SUCCESSOR AGENCY RESOLUTIONS APPROVING THE RECOGNIZED OBLIGATION PAYMENT\nSCHEDULE (ROPS 25-26) AND ADMINISTRATIVE BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL PERIOD FROM JULY 1,\n2025, THROUGH JUNE 30, 2026\n— Recommended Action: 1) Adopt a resolution approving the Recognized Obligation Payment\nSchedule (ROPS 25-26) for the period of July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026; 2) Adopt a\nresolution approving an administrative budget from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026; and,\n3) Forward ROPS 25-26 to the Countywide Oversight Board and State Department of Finance\nfor review and approval.
