A. PARTNERSHIP WITH THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES TO EXPAND ESSENTIAL\nHEALTHCARE AND MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES IN THE CITY OF PASADENA\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council:\n(1) Find that the proposed action is not a project subject to the California Environmental\nQuality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 21065 of CEQA and Sections 15060(c)(2),15060(c)(3), and\n15378 of the State CEQA Guidelines,\nand as such, no\nenvironmental document pursuant to CEQA is required for the project; and\n(2) Direct the City Manager to work with Los Angeles County to explore the feasibility of\nidentifying appropriate properties in the City of Pasadena for possible co-location and joint occupation\nfor purposes expanding essential\nhealth care and mental health outpatient services in the City.
