5D. RESTRICTED PROJECT AGREEMENT (GRANT NO. 2025011) WITH PROVIDENCE ST. JUDE\nHOSPITAL FOR 2025 GRANT FUNDING\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve a restricted project grant agreement with Providence St.\nJude Hospital ("Hospital") for 2025; 2) Authorize the City Manager and City Attorney to and\nmake any necessary, non-monetary changes to the agreement; 3) Authorize the City Manager\nand City Clerk to execute the agreement; 4) Appropriate $97,820 for the construction of three\npickleball courts at Heroes Park, which includes the reallocation of $26,500 from supporting\nconstruction of the Community Gardens at Bellis Park and the Ehlers Event Center; 5)\nAppropriate $12,000 for the purchase of bike racks at City parks and facilities; and 6)\nAppropriate $5,000 for the purchase of Tot Time "Wellness Teaching Corner" supplies at\nthe Buena Park Community Center.
