5A. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH STANTEC CONSULTING SERVICES, INC. FOR THE\nPLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND ESTIMATE (PS&E) FOR THE DALE/WHITAKER COMPLETE STREETS\nPROJECT\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve a Professional Services Agreement with Stantec\nConsulting Services Inc., in the amount of $294,808 for design services for a Plans,\nSpecifications, and Estimate (PS&E) for the Dale/Whitaker Complete Streets Project; 2)\nAuthorize the City Manager and City Attorney to make any necessary, non-monetary changes\nto the agreement; 3) Authorize the City Manager and City Clerk to execute the agreement; and\n4) Authorize a budget allocation in the amount of $300,000 from the undesignated Gas Tax\nFund balance for this purpose.
