5C. RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS AND CONTRACT WITH GENERAL PUMP COMPANY,\nINC. FOR THE REHABILITATION OF HOLDER WELL PROJECT\n— Recommended Action: 1) Adopt a resolution approving plans and specifications for the\nRehabilitation of Holder Well Project; 2) Award a contract to General Pump Company, Inc. in the\namount of $340,600; 3) Authorize contingency funds in the amount of $105,000 in the same\npurchase order; 4) Appropriate $45,600 from the Undesignated Water Fund to the project\naccount; 5) Authorize the City Manager and City Attorney to make any necessary, non-\nmonetary changes to the agreement; and 6) Authorize the City Manager and City Clerk to\nexecute the agreement.
