DA-27 TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE AGREEMENT BY FIVE (5)\nYEARS FOR THREE EXISTING BILLBOARD SIGNS LOCATED AT 7312 WALNUT AVENUE AND 8301\nORANGETHORPE AVENUE\n— Recommended Action: 1) Adopt an Ordinance approving Development Agreement No. DA-\n24-2 Second Amendment to Development Agreement No. DA-27 to extend the term of the\nDevelopment Agreement by five (5) years and set the expiration date of Development\nAgreement No. DA-27 to February 24, 2040; and 2) Authorize the City Manager, and City Clerk\nto execute the amendment on behalf of the City.
