AUTHORIZE RFP: LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR VARIOUS CITY\nPROPERTIES – F2M23-32, RFP2M23-6\nThe City of Alhambra currently contracts with Parkwood Landscape Maintenance, Inc. for\nlandscape maintenance services. The contract expires on June 30, 2023. Therefore, staff\nis requesting authorization from the City Council to circulate a Request for Proposals\n(RFP) for Landscape Maintenance Services for various City properties. Proposals will be\ndue to the Parks & Recreation Department in City Hall by 4:30 p.m. on April 11, 2023.\n5\n3-13-23\nRecommended Action: City Council authorize staff to circulate a Request for\nProposals to prospective contractors to provide landscape maintenance services for\nvarious city properties, with proposals due by 4:30 p.m. on April 11, 2023; and, direct staff\nto undertake the steps necessary to finalize Council’s action.
