13.c CITYWIDE PARKING PROGRAM UPDATE AND APPROVAL OF 1119\nAGREEMENTS WITH PARKMOBILE, LLC AND TURBO DATA\nSYSTEMS, INC FOR PARKING PROGRAM MANAGEMENT - 25-\nCMO-001\n(Administrative Services Director Brandon Walker and Deputy City\nManager Angela Crespi)\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends City Council:\n1. Receive an update regarding the City’s Residential Parking\nPermit Program and software, pay-by-app mobile parking\npayment system, parking transaction fees, and Automatic\nLicense Plate Readers (ALPR) and provide direction, if so\ndesired;\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute, and the City Clerk to\nattest to the proposed the First Amendment to an agreement for\nmobile parking payment systems services with ParkMobile,\nLLC, extending the agreement citywide for a term of three years\nending December 31, 2028, with option to allow the City\nManager to extend the agreement in one-year terms, subject to\napproval by the City Attorney (Attachment 2); and\nPage 9 of 1535\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute, and the City Clerk to\nattest to the proposed agreement with Turbo Data Systems,\nInc., to provide parking program software at a not-to-exceed\namount of $221,386 for a three year term ending January 31,\n2028 subject to approval by the City Attorney (Attachment 3).
