11.q APPROVAL OF SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH 930\nCIVIC SOLUTIONS, INC. FOR ON-CALL STAFF AUGMENTATION\nSERVICES - 25-CDD-011\nCEQA: Determine that the approval is not a project under the California\nPage 7 of 1535\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA) or in the alternative, that the\napproval is exempt under CEQA.\n(Planning Manager Alexis Oropeza)\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends City Council:\n1. Approve the proposed second amendment to an agreement\nwith Civic Solutions, Inc. for staff augmentation services to\nincrease the not-to-exceed amount by $34,680, resulting in a\ntotal not-to-exceed amount of $84,680 for the remainder of the\ntwo-year term ending June 30, 2026 (Attachment 3); and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute and the City Clerk to\nattest the attached second amendment subject to approval by\nthe City Attorney.
