11.k APPROVAL OF THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH 854\nVOX PRODUCTIONS FOR PROVIDING SOUND AND STAGE\nPRODUCTION SERVICES FOR THE HERMOSA BEACH CONCERT\nSERIES - 25-CR-010\nCEQA: Determine that the approval is not a project under the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA) or in the alternative, that the\napproval is exempt under CEQA.\n(Community Resources Director Lisa Nichols)\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends City Council:\n1. Approve the proposed first amendment to an agreement with\nVox Productions for sound and stage production services for\nthe Hermosa Beach Concert Series to extend the expiration\nterm to December 31, 2025, increase the annual not-to-exceed\namount to $77,840, and authorize the City Manager to extend\nthe agreement an additional year (Attachment 2); and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute and the City Clerk to\nattest the proposed first amendment subject to approval by the\nCity Attorney.
