12. Lease Agreement with Lease Servicing Center, dba NCL Government Capital for one\nvehicle for the Police Department\nThe City Council will consider: (PD)\na. Approving a 5-year Lease Agreement with Lease Servicing Center, Inc., dba NCL Government\nCapital (“NCL”) for the lease of one (1) 2025 Dodge Durango vehicle to be used as a patrol\nvehicle for the Police Department in the amount of $13,262 per year for a total amount of\n$66,810, including a $500 closing fee; and\nb. Approving lease payments in the amount of $13,262 to be budgeted annually, subject to and\nin accordance with the City’s budget process, for five (5) years in the General Fund starting in\nFiscal Year 2024/2025 and including a $500 closing fee in Fiscal Year 2024/2025; and\nc.
