8. Agreement with T.Y. Lin International Group for Construction Management & Inspection\nServices for the Citywide Residential Resurfacing Project\nThe City Council will consider: (PW)\na. Approving an Agreement with T.Y. Lin International Group, to provide construction\nmanagement and inspection services for the Citywide Residential Resurfacing, Phase IV, City\nProject No. 699-ST (“the Residential Resurfacing Project IV”), in an amount not-to-exceed\n$230,000;\nb. Authorizing the City Manager to approve amendments to the proposed Agreement up to a\ncumulative amount of $75,000 to avoid delaying services during construction; and\nc.
