Rasic Construction Company,\nInc., to Fund Emergency Repairs to the Municipal Water and Sanitary Sewer Systems\nThe City Council will consider: (PW)\na. Approving Amendment No. 6 to Contract No. 2020-09-CC with A. Rasic Construction\nCompany, Inc., (“Agreement”) for On-Call Municipal Water and Sewer Systems Maintenance\nServices to fund emergency repairs completed on the municipal water, sanitary sewer and storm\ndrain system, for an amount not to exceed $130,615;\nb. Appropriating $50,000 from the Water Fund, $50,000 from the Sewer Fund and $30,615 from\nthe Measure W fund for urgent repairs; and\nc.
