TOWN CENTER HALL PAINTING AND FLOORING PROJECT – AWARD OF\nCONTRACT (PUBLIC WORKS)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Award a construction contract to Restoration Unlimited of Santa Fe Springs,\nCalifornia in the amount of $88,000.00 for the construction of the Town Center\nHall Painting and Flooring Project and authorize the City Manager to execute the\nagreement; and\n2) Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
