4. AWARD OF CONTRACTS TO DATA CLIMB, LLC AND TYLER TECHNOLOGIES, INC. FOR\nIMPLEMENTATION OF THE ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING ( ERP) FINANCIAL\nMANAGEMENT SOFTWARE SOLUTION ( FUNDING SOURCE: GENERAL FUND,\nTECHNOLOGY FUND AND AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT FUND)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the City Council:\nA. Authorize the City Manager to enter into a contract with Data Climb, LLC\nin the amount of $ 255,108 for project management support services related\nto the ERP Implementation Project;\nB. Authorize the City Manager to enter into a contract with Tyler\nTechnologies, Inc. in the amount of $ 900,666 for a comprehensive\nEnterprise Resource Planning ( ERP) Financial System; and\nC. Appropriate $ 96,000 from the unassigned General Fund balance to fund a\nportion of the ERP Implementation Project.
