AUTHORIZATION TO AMEND THE EXISTING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT\nWITH TJKM TRANSPORTATION CONSULTANTS TO EXPAND THE SCOPE OF WORK AND\nAPPROPRIATE ADDITIONAL FUNDS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A CITYWIDE STREET\nSIGN PROGRAM ( FUNDING SOURCE: GENERAL FUND)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the City Council:\nA. Authorize the City Manager to execute an amendment to the existing\nagreement with TJKM Transportation Consultants, increasing compensation\nby $65,000 for a total contract amount of $303,193.56; and\nB. Appropriate $ 65,000 from the unassigned General Fund balance to fund\nthe agreement.
