Award an Agreement for Contract Services with WaterWise\nConsulting in an amount not to exceed $275,000 per fiscal year; 2. Authorized the Public Works\nDirector to execute any necessary contingency in an amount not to exceed ten percent (10%) of\nthe original contract amount; and 3.
