B. DESIGNATION OF PROXIES AND PROPOSED SLATE OF DIRECTORS FOR SAN\nANTONIO WATER COMPANY BOARD AND WEST END CONSOLIDATED WATER\nCOMPANY BOARD\nCEQA: Not a Project.\nRecommended Action:\n1. Appoint Rudy Zuniga as proxy to vote all shares at the annual stockholder’s meeting\nof the San Antonio Water Company for the slate of directors; and to include the\nreappointment of Bob Bowcock, Will Elliott, Martha Goss, and Rudy Zuniga to the\nproposed Board slate.\n2. Appoint Shannan Maust as proxy to vote all shares at the annual stockholder’s\nmeeting for the West End Consolidated Water Company Board of Directors and to\ninclude the reappointment of Kati Parker and Shelly Verrinder to the proposed Board\nslate.
