P. 178 7. SUBJECT: ACCEPTANCE OF CONTRACT WORK – DEMOLITION OF\nRESIDENTIAL STRUCTURE AT 35110 COUNTY LINE ROAD – PROJECT NO.\n11113\nRECOMMENDATION: That City Council:\n1. Accept the contract and extension work completed by LCR Earthworks & Engineering\nCorp. in the amount of $36,632 for the Demolition of Residential Structure at 35110\nCounty Line Road – Project No. 11113 (Demolition Project); and\n2. Approve the final payment to the LCR Earthworks & Engineering Corp. for the\nDemolition Project; and\n3. Authorize the recordation of the Notice of Completion for the Demolition Project.
