4. Approval of Summer Concerts in the Park and Downtown Street\nMarket Permanent Location at Morgan Park and Funding the\nEvents\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve Summer Concerts in the Park and Downtown\nStreet Market permanent location at Morgan Park; and\n2. Direct staff to identify and explore funding sources during\nthe FY 2025-26 budget process; and\n3.
