4.7 AUTHORIZE THE RENEWAL OF ARCTIC WOLF MANAGED DETECTION AND\nRESPONSE CYBERSECURITY SOLUTION\nRecommended Action:\n1. Approve and authorize the City Manager to issue a purchase order to RedNight\nConsulting Inc., authorized reseller of Artic Wolf, Inc., in the amount of $34,996.45\nfor Fiscal Year 2024-25 for the renewal of cloud-based cybersecurity event log\naggregation, threat detection and response, and Security Operations Center\nservices; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to administratively approve up to two additional\nrenewals of the purchase order on the same terms with an annual increase not-\nto-exceed 3% per year for Fiscal Years 2025-26 through 2026-27.\nStaff Report\nAttachment 1 - Agreement
