P. 349 13. SUBJECT: CONFIRE CONTRACT AGENCY AGREEMENT\nRECOMMENDATION: That City Council:\n1. Authorizes the City Manager to enter into an agreement with Consolidated Fire\nAgencies (CONFIRE) with the intention to join and participate in the EMS Division,\nwhich would not pertain to dispatching services provided by CONFIRE through the\ndispatch division; and\n2. Approve a budget adjustment for the initial contract agency fee of $41,398.
