10. 702 VIA HORCADA- APPEAL OF PC-581-24, A\nRECOMMENDATION BY THE PARKLANDS COMMITTEE TO\nAPPROVE A PROPOSED NATIVE RESTORATION PLAN FOR THE\nHORCADA PATH\nRecommendation: That the City Council reject the application for\nappeal and approve and adopt the Proposed Native Restoration\nPlan for Horcada Path, as recommended by the Parklands\nCommittee on November 14, 2024.
