8. AUTHORIZATION TO THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AN\nAGREEMENT CMMC FOR PUBLIC OUTREACH AND\nCOMMUNICATIONS\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council\nauthorize the City Manager to execute a Professional Services\nAgreement with Communications and Media Management\nConsultants, to plan, develop, and implement internal and\nexternal city communication strategies and public relations\nactivities. In addition, it is recommended that the City Council\nappoint one member of the City Council to the Ad-hoc Committee\nassisting staff with revenue enhancement planning and\nimplementation.\nStaff Report
