RESOLUTION DECLARING ASSESSOR’S PARCEL NUMBER 401-583-\n01 AS EXEMPT SURPLUS LAND Resolution 25-02 will declare\nAssessor’s Parcel Number 401-583-01 as exempt surplus land pursuant\nto California Government Code Section 54221 (f)(1 )(B) and the Final\nUpdated Surplus Land Act Guidelines Section 103(c)(3).\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council take the\nfollowing actions: 1. Adopt Resolution 25-02: A RESOLUTION OF THE\nCITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING\nCERTAIN REAL PROPERTY COMPRISED OF ASSESSOR'S PARCEL\nNUMBER 401-583-01 AS EXEMPT SURPLUS LAND PURSUANT TO\nCALIFORNIA GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54221(f)(1)(B) AND THE\nFINAL UPDATED SURPLUS LAND ACT GUIDELINES SECTION 103(c)\n(3). 2. Authorize the City Manager to submit the appropriate\ndocumentation to the California Department of Housing and Community\nDevelopment in connection with the Resolution.
