19. Request by Deputy Mayor Joyce and Councilmember 25-550\nFigueroa to direct staff complete the following Planning\nCommission reforms and bring back any relevant actions\nrequiring Council approval:\n· Reconstitute the Planning Commission utilizing a new\nappointment process. Each Councilmember will appoint a\nsingle commissioner and the Mayor will appoint three\ncommissioners. Appointments will not require Council\napproval, but new appointments will be announced at the\nCouncil Meeting following their appointment. Terms shall\nbe two years.
