City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council approve Change 24-496\nOrder 10 to EC Constructors Inc., in the amount of\n$48,311, for the completion of the San Luis Rey Water\nReclamation Facility Maintenance Building Project; approve\na budget change in the amount of $600,000; and authorize\nthe City Engineer to execute the Change Orders upon\nreceipt of all supporting documents.
