Extension to the Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) for Classifications\nRepresented by the Service Employees International Union Local 721 Part­Time Non\nCivil Service Employees Unit (“SEIU­PTNCS”)\nDepartment(s): Human Resources\nRecommended Action: Authorize the City Manager to execute an extension to the\nexisting Memorandum of Understanding with SEIU­PTNCS regarding wages, hours,\nand other terms and conditions of employment effective through May 15, 2025, and\nauthorize non­substantive changes which may be necessary to implement the\nagreement (Agreement No. A­2025­XXX).
