Award Professional Services Agreements with CSG Consultants, Inc. and JAS Pacific for Building\nPlan Check and Inspection Services\n— 1) Approve a Professional Services Agreement between the City of Brea and CSG\nConsultants, Inc. for as-needed building and safety services in the amount not-to-exceed\n$250,000.00 per agreement;\n— 2) Approve a Professional Services Agreement between the City of Brea and JAS Pacific and\nfor as-needed building and safety services in the amount not-to-exceed $250,000.00 per\nagreement;\n— 3) Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute the Professional Services Agreements;\nand\n— 4) Authorize the City Manager to extend the term of the Professional Services Agreements\nfor one additional one-year term.
