Professional Services Agreement for On-Site Mobile Car Washing and\nDetailing Services for Police Vehicles\na) Determine this action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act\n(CEQA) pursuant to Sections 15060(c)(2) and 15060(c)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines\nbecause this action will not result in a physical change to the environment, directly or\nindirectly; and\nb) Approve a Professional Services Agreement with Leonardo Bustos Benitez, dba\nCity Detail of Anaheim, California to provide on-site vehicle washing and detailing\nservices for a three (3) year term in an amount not-to-exceed $305,106 with the\noption to extend for two (2) additional successive terms of one (1) year each for a\ntotal not-to-exceed cost of $509,303, and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to\nexecute the Agreement.\nStaff Report\nAttachment A - Professional Service Agreement\nMISCELLANEOUS
