I.9 AUTHORIZE AN AGREEMENT WITH CHARGEPOINT, INC. FOR THE PURCHASE\nOF ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING STATIONS FOR THE CORPORATE YARD\n(REPORT OF: PUBLIC WORKS)\nAuthorization of an Agreement with ChargePoint, Inc. for the Purchase of Electric\nVehicle Charging Stations for the City of Moreno Valley Corporate Yard\nRecommendation(s)\nThat the City Council:\n1. Authorize an agreement with ChargePoint, Inc. for the purchase of Electrical\nVehicle Charging Stations at the City of Moreno Valley Corporate Yard; and\n2. Authorize the issuance of a purchase order to ChargePoint, Inc. for an amount up\nto $740,000 (Total of Chargers needed plus contingency) upon full execution of the\nagreement; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement with ChargePoint, Inc. and\nany subsequent related extensions or amendments to the Agreement, and change\norders to the contract, subject to the approval of the City Attorney.\n4. Authorize a budget adjustment as set forth in the Fiscal Impact section of this\nreport.
