Approval of Amendment No. Two to On-Call Maintenance/Repair Services\nAgreements with Quality Fence Co., Inc. and Red Hawk Services, Inc.\na) Determine the action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act\n(CEQA) pursuant to Sections 15060(c)(2) and 15060(c)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines\nbecause it will not result in a physical change to the environment, directly or indirectly;\nand\nb) Approve Amendment No. Two to On-Call Fencing Maintenance and Repair\nServices Agreements with Quality Fence Co., Inc., and Red Hawk Services, Inc. with\neach agreement being for a two-year term and total not-to-exceed amount of\n$250,000 per agreement, and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the\nagreements.\nStaff Report\nAttachment A - Quality Fence Amendment Two\nAttachment B - Red Hawk Services Amendment Two\nMarch 14, 2023
