7. Community Development Block Grant Program for 2025-2026. The City of La Verne will be\neligible to receive an estimated $151,182 in Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds\nfor fiscal year 2025-26.\nRecommendation: That the City Council conduct a Public Hearing, and upon closing the Public\nHearing, approve a Resolution titled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY\nOF LA VERNE, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARTICIPATION IN THE COMMUNITY\nDEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM AND SELECTING CERTAIN PROJECTS FOR\nFUNDING IN THE FISCAL YEAR 2025 – 2026.”
