4. Resolution Adopting a Salary Chart for Part-Time Employees and Amending Resolution\nNo. 24-45, A Salary Chart for Full-Time Employees to Update the Salary for Ambulance\nOperator. The attached resolution and associated part-time salary table reflect adjustments in\ncompensation resulting from increases in the California Minimum Wage. The proposed changes\nalso include an adjustment to the full-time Ambulance Operator position since the position is also\ntied to the statutory minimum wage of $16.50 per hour.\nRecommendation: That the City Council adopt the attached Resolution titled, “A RESOLUTION\nOF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA VERNE, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING A SALARY\nCHART FOR PART-TIME EMPLOYEES AND AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 24-45, A\nSALARY CHART FOR FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES TO UPDATE THE SALARY FOR\nAMBULANCE OPERATOR.”
