RESOLUTION TO RESCIND PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON WHITAKER STREET\nPurpose: Authorize the Public Works Department to remove a portion of existing red\ncurb on the north side of Whitaker Street, just east of Verdi Drive, to increase the\navailability of on-street parking. Associated costs in the amount of $400, will be\nabsorbed by the existing Public Works signing and striping budget.\nRecommended Action: 1) Adopt a resolution rescinding Resolution No. 6099, allowing\nfor additional parking on Whitaker Street; and 2) Find this item exempt from CEQA\n(CEQA Guidelines Section 15061 (b)(3)).
