F.1. EMERGENCY URGENCY ORDINANCE [L. LANGER]:\nSUBJECT: Consideration of an urgency ordinance to assist in housing people\ndisplaced from the recent fires in the region, including suspension of the one-\nyear lease requirement for dwelling units and authorizing hotels to house\ndisplaced persons for more than 30 days, and consideration of other emergency\nresponse measures relating to the recent fires in the region. If approved, the\nUrgency Ordinance would go into effect immediately upon 4/5 vote of the City\nCouncil.\n\nRECOMMENDATION: In Development.
