MORALES]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider appointments as delegates and\nalternates to various organizations, committees, and conferences. Additionally,\nthe City Council will consider appointments to the various City Council\nSubcommittees.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Appoint Councilmembers as Delegates and\nAlternates to the following: A) Sanitation District No. 4 – Adopt Resolution No.\n25-_______: “A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF\nWEST HOLLYWOOD APPOINTING AN ALTERNATE DIRECTOR TO THE\nBOARD OF DIRECTORS OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY SANITATION\nDISTRICT NO. 4”; B) California Contract Cities Association – Voting\nDelegate/Alternate; C) California Joint Powers Authority (CJPIA) – Attending\nCouncilmember/Approve Two (2) City Staff Alternates; D) Clean Power Alliance\n– Director/Alternate Director; E) League of California Cities – Voting\nDelegate/Alternate Delegate; F) Los Angeles County City Selection Committee –\n(Mayor)/Alternate Attending Councilmember; G) National League of Cities –\nDelegate/Alternate Delegate; H) Santa Monica Bay Watershed Council -\nAttending Councilmember/Alternate; I) Southern California Association of\nGovernments (SCAG) - Delegate/Alternate; J) Westside Cities Council of\nGovernments (WSCCOG) – Attending Councilmember/Alternate Attending\nCouncilmember; 2) Appoint Two (2) Councilmembers as Subcommittee\nMembers to the following: A) Finance and Budget Subcommittee (Standing) –\nMayor and Vice Mayor; B) West Hollywood Pride Subcommittee (Standing) –\nMayor and Vice Mayor *As part of this action, the City Council is asked to affirm\nthat the Mayor & Vice Mayor are the subcommittee members or vote to change\nit, C) Homelessness Subcommittee (Standing); D) Laurel House Project\nSubcommittee (Ad Hoc); E) Plummer Park Project Subcommittee (Ad Hoc); F)\nHart Park Phase II Improvements Subcommittee (Ad Hoc); G) San Vicente\nStreetscape Subcommittee (Ad Hoc); 3) Appoint a City Councilmember as the\nLiaison to Metro; and 4) Appoint Mayor Byers as the Liaison to Mayors for\nGuaranteed Income.
