B.14. AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES WITH FLYING LION INC. TO PROVIDE\nTRAINING AND USE OF DRONES AS FIRST RESPONDERS TO SUPPORT\nCOMMUNITY SAFETY IN WEST HOLLYWOOD [D. RIVAS, A. SHANDI]:\nSUBJECT: The City of West Hollywood (“City”) City Council will consider the\napproval of a professional services agreement (“PSA”) with Flying Lion,\nIncorporated (“Flying Lion”) for the training, equipment, software, staffing, and\nuse of drones as first responders that will be deployed in the City.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve a PSA with Flying Lion for the training,\nequipment, software, staffing, and use of drones as first responders for a total\nnot-to-exceed amount of two hundred and fifty thousand dollars (“$250,000”);\nand 2) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute all documents\nincident to the Agreement.
