B.15. AMENDMENT NO. 4 TO THE AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES WITH BERG &\nASSOCIATES FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND INSPECTION\nSERVICES [H. COLLINS, J. GILMOUR]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider amending the Agreement for Services\nwith Berg & Associates for construction management and inspection services to\nincrease the not-to-exceed amount of the Agreement.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve Amendment No. 4 to the Agreement for\nServices with Berg & Associates, to increase the amount of the agreement by\n$150,000 for a total not-to-exceed amount of $4,487,137.26; and 2) Authorize\nthe City Manager or designee to execute documents incident to the agreement.
